Untamed Wildlife -  Bear -  GRAND PRIZE 

A large dominant bear that is highly skilled at fishing can catch and eat up to more than 30 salmon in one day. With its shaggy fur and strength, the bear has long been a symbol of power and wildness. It represents a symbol of the untamed, primal forces of nature and the unbridled energy that lies within us.

The bear is an awe-inspiring creature whose presence evokes respect and admiration. It reminds us to stay connected to ourselves and the Earth. The bear influences us to be bold, confident and courageous in seeking new experiences. 

INSPIRATION  :  Catching a fish in fast moving water, is a highly developed skill. I am impressed with the Bear's agility to catch slippery, moving fish in water. In this design, I wanted to capture the look of both surprise and delight as the bear is rewarded with his catch.
